Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

We currently ship to Canada and selected international destinations.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or factors beyond our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Cocoakind is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Cocoakind is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Cocoakind is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
