No returns due to hygiene reasons

For hygiene and safety reasons, Cocoakind does not accept returns or exchanges on skincare products once they have been delivered.

All skincare products purchased on our website are considered final sale.


Damaged items or order issues

Your satisfaction matters to us. Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect, please contact us at Cocoakind.skincare@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and no later than 7 business days.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photos of the product and packaging

After review, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • a replacement

  • a store credit

  • or a discount code for a future purchase


Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • skincare and cosmetic products

  • sale items

  • gift cards


Right of withdrawal – European Union

In accordance with EU regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personal care and cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery, due to hygiene and health protection reasons.
